St John’s Innovation Centre provides early stage knowledge-based companies with tailored business services and flexible accommodation.
It was the first innovation centre of its kind in Europe and has become widely known for its success as a business incubator offering experience, contacts, resources and a presence in the community. It is located at the heart of the Greater Cambridge technology cluster, in which it plays a pivotal role.
St John’s Innovation Centre offers units of accommodation ranging from 140 to 2,500 sq ft (13 to 323 sq m). These are available on easy-in, easy-out terms with fl exible notice periods enabling tenants to change their accommodation according to the needs of the moment. The Innovation Centre provides not only accommodation, but also a flexible, supportive community environment, enabling tenants to focus on developing their business while benefitting from support and networking contacts.
Small meeting rooms are available free of charge to tenants and virtual tenants, while a boardroom and four conference rooms can accommodate meetings, workshops, seminars or training sessions involving between 8 and 80 participants. A hot-desking suite provides desks with a printer and broadband internet line. The main building provides various communal areas for informal networking and relaxation. Our restaurant is open for most of the working day and provides a range of sandwiches, salads and hot foods.
